EDCI 335: Innovative Learning Design
Description: An introduction to instructional design models and their application to technology-supported learning environments. Students will explore the various stages of the instructional design process and have the opportunity to design and develop distance learning materials to create a learning object or unit for a selected educational context.
EDCI 336: Technology Innovation in Education
Description: Provides students with a foundation for using common information and communication technologies (ICT) and integrating those technologies within an educational context. Topics may include: electronic communication, Internet tools, multimedia presentations, website construction, spreadsheets, databases, critical evaluation of resources, current issues, and appropriate use of technology by teachers and their students.
